And the first round winner is.........

Well we've come to the end of round one of the VBLAZIN Cover Model of the year contest. She had the most votes from January to March '08. Now we're waiting for the votes to come in for the next 3 months to find a winner for round 2.. But till then enjoy the view of the lovely Phyllicia. Good things really do come in small packages.

How'd you get into modeling?

The first shoot I ever did was for a college calendar a year and a haft ago. The sucky part is that the calendar never came out, but I did realize that I loved posing in front of the camera and started doing more shoots with better photographers. 
 

Are you a good dancer?

Yes! I love dancing. I am actually a professional night club podium/ cage dancer. I dance in clubs in New Jersey and New York City. It is a really fun side job that I do during the weekends. Plus I love wearing skimpy little outfits and watching all the guys…and girls drool over my hot moves. 

What's your guiltiest pleasure?

I have a shopping fetish. if I go shopping and try something on that fits me perfect, I have to have it right away. I love shopping for clothes, shoes, jewelry, lingerie, and perfume.

What's your favorite movie of all time?

The notebook, every time I see that movie I cry.

What is your favorite cities to visit?

My favorite city of all time will always be New York. I wish I could live there, but doubt that I ever will. NYC is the ultimate shopping center and place to see all different kinds of artwork.

What's the best advice you ever got?

My grandmother use to always tell me, " don't be sorry, be careful".
 

So, does looks mean a lot to you when you're looking at the opposite sex?

Not really. Yes looks initially attract you to somebody, but if the personality doesn’t match up then those hot looks don’t matter anymore. I am more interested in finding a genuine, funny, laid back individual, than having to be bothered with a hot, cocky, arrogant and conceited guy.  

What type of man do you like?

I like the average Joe, the man that works hard, and comes home dirty. 

Turn ons:

sense of humor, sexy eyes, chest hair. 

Turn offs:

Yellow teeth, dirty nails, cocky attitudes. A super turn off is if a guy shaves his armpit, chest and leg hair. I like my men manly.

What do you do for fun when you're not modeling? I love drawing and painting, especially females. I get girls to model nude for me and I draw or paint them. I just love the sexy curves on the female body. And when I can’t find a model I just take off my clothes and paint myself. 

What's your favorite gadget?

My ipod. I am always downloading music onto it and I can’t drive in my car without having it hooked up. 

Been with another girl? Open to the idea? Thoughts?

I have not been with a female. Maybe one day it will happen. I am always checking other females out, and often get caught staring. My favorite parts on a female are sexy backs and perky tits. 

What do you think is your best physical feature?

 Ummmm… I guess my tits, because I have a fairly decent rack for having such a petite frame. 

Do you have any special talents?

 I use to do yoga a lot, so I am very flexible. I can bend in all the right positions. 

What type of underwear do u like?

I wear thongs mostly. When I get home I just take my bra and thong off and go commando under sweats and a tank top. 

How often do you work out? What do you eat to keep the nice body that you have?

I don’t work out at all, and I don’t eat healthy really. I have a fast metabolism, so my body is just naturally tight.

These projects are being used for commercial purposes , by editorial companies (magazines&newspapers) , advertising & promotion companies , music companies (video clips) , private companies who want to advertise their products (such as underwear , swimwear , nightclub clothing , cars , gyms , fitness products , body & face creams , perfumes, e.t.c.)
My work is focused in photo modeling due to my height which is 167cm.....I have worked with almost EVERY major magazine European or Greek...I am specialized in swimwear , lingerie , fitness and artistic nude styles , I was born and still live in Athens/GREECE .
My BIGGEST achievement is on as we speak as I am in discussions over being the main face for Heinekken's advertising campaign in the next season's Football Champion's League.....

Where did you grow up?

I was born in Athens in 1982 , but lived for many years in a small village 400miles away from the capital.

What's your favorite gadget?

Of course my mobile phone and my lap top....I have become a NET Freak ...(msn , mysace , e.t.c.)

How'd you get into modeling?

In 1998 , I won the European face of the year contest , and I was dazzled by the lights of modeling.....Since then modeling has 'entered my blood'!

So what have you learned NOT to do since you've been in the biz?

Never to negotiate by myself and always to have the right partners for every different aspect of modeling.

Where do you want to go with your modeling?

I wanna travel around the globe and show people that there is Greek beauty as well and it is pretty POWERFULL !

If you could have any job in the world other than modeling what would it be?

I would be an animal doctor or a tour pilot on small Bi-Planes which travel around small exotic islands...

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Mother of 3 very beautiful kids and a lovely housewife for my husband!

What's the wildest thing you've ever done?

I drove all night , 500miles just to see (just for 5 hours) my boyfriend who was a soldier  , and came back.. (BIG mistake).. but I will never do it again for ANYBODY!!!

What's the wildest ting you ever saw?

I saw a group of people making love , exchanging partners , on a beach in Mykonos island in Greece. (DID NOT participate...I was just a humble observer...ha,ha,ha)

So, does looks mean a lot to you when you're looking at the opposite sex?

It is the 50%...There many other elements when looking the opposite sex!

What type of man do you like?

Dark skin , a bit fit , not VERY tall , decent income , brown eyes , short dark hair , serious eye-look , nice teeth , long fingers , sensitive but in a barbaric kind of way.....Am I asking too much????

Are you the romantic laid back type or are you a wild child?

Romantic laid back

I mostly prefer R&B and Greek ballads which are called 'ZEIBEKIKA' and always talk about the lost love , betrayal , dreams which will never fulfill e.t.c.

What did you listen to growing up?

Mostly greek music and POP as any young Greek girl!

Is there anything that really pisses you off?

Lies and when someone is mistreating animals....I am capable of causing GREAT damage when somebody does such an action!

What makes you the most happy?

When I am inside the arms of my beloved ones and when I play with my two princesses , my 2 kitties!

What do you do for fun when you're not modeling?

I am cinemaniac but I love the home theater kind of entertainment...I also love to ride my bike along the coastline of Athens during the sunset time

No I am not .

Where did you grow up? I grew up in a good ol’ town called Luray, VA.
 
What's your favorite gadget? I would have to go with my cell phone.
 
How'd you get into modeling? Funny story, I worked at a bank at the time and was cashing a check for a man who worked for the language software company called Rosetta Stone. He had asked me if I ever thought about modeling and gave me his card. A week later they contacted me and I began doing work for them. So you might just see me if you’re ever learning a new language using Rosetta software.
So what have you learned NOT to do since you've been in the biz? I would have to say not to go to shoots by yourself if you can help it.
 
It’s always good to have someone with you as a woman in the modeling business.
 
Where do you want to go with your modeling? I love modeling and I want to go as far as I my modeling career will allow me to go.
 
If you could have any job in the world other than modeling what would it be? A stylist. I am very into pretty much anything that has to do with fashion.
 
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? This is a hard question for me to answer. I live pretty much by the moment and day by day. I don’t look much into the future. I just know I would like to be well established in life.

 Does Your Date Want to Take It to the Next Level?

Practically everyone has been there – that point in a date where you’re still working up the nerve to kiss her, where you want to throw yourself all over him, where you want to go all the way… but are afraid. It’s a high-wire act: walking the tightrope of appropriate versus inappropriate ways to convey your interests, with any wrong move at the wrong time resulting in a fall from grace. Luckily, there are some tips to getting you through just how fresh you should get on your first few dates:

- Gauge the flirting. Are you giving each other light touches? Holding each other’s gaze? Smiling at one another? Standing or sitting close to each other? Exchanging sincere compliments or sexy talk? Any of these are green-light indicators that your date is into you and craving more.

 What kind of conversation are you having? Is it full of open-ended questions so that you’re learning more about one another? This shows interest and is one way to build future potential. Find out what your date’s interests are and plan your next rendezvous around them, making sure to do things that invite touch-me-more opportunity.

- Test the waters with the age old "arm around your date" move, but pay attention to the reaction! Does she lean in? Does he put his arm around you too?
