Megan Fox: 'I'm
Currently What You Would Call Single'
In
news that is sure to delight millions of her fans –
Megan Fox announced she is single and available.
"I'm currently what you would call single I
guess," the actress told
Britain's The Sun on Sunday while in
Berlin promoting the upcoming "Transformers: Revenge of the
Fallen"
The actress, who was previously engaged to actor
Brian Austin Green, appears to have her sights set on someone a
little more Timberlake-esque.
"Oh I don't know. There is this Korean
Justin Timberlake named Rain," Megan told the paper when asked
who she would like to go out with next, adding, "And I'm really on
his situation now. I'm trying to fix this up. I'm working hard."
As previously reported on Access
Hollywood.com, it might not be a man who winds up
the object of Megan's affection in her next relationship.
"I think people are born bisexual and then make subconscious
choices based on the pressures of society. I have no question in my
mind about being bisexual," Megan told Esquire's June issue. "But
I'm also a hypocrite: I would never date a girl who was bisexual,
because that means they also sleep with men, and men are so dirty
that I'd never want to sleep with a girl who had slept with a man.

Videogames based on golf have often been
viewed as, to mangle a phrase, a good walk through a virtual
world spoiled. Connecting with your virtual golfers has often
been as hard for gamers as understanding the sport itself. With
Tiger Woods PGA Tour moving to the Wii, EA has tried to
make the connection by replicating the golfing action through
the Wii mote. Good presentation and a lofty cast of golfers can
only take you so far when the controls are not up to par. But
this is the year everything changes with the introduction of the
Wii Motion Plus, a device aiming to put the swing back into
golf.
Swing Away
If
there was one resounding complaint about the Tiger Woods
of yesteryear, it was the fact that the controls were not nearly
as responsive as they should have been for this sports title. EA
saw a good idea in implementing the swing mechanics into the Wii
mote. But any gamer worth his swing can tell you that the Wii
just doesn’t have the delicate touch you need to sink a shot.
Most of your interactions boiled down to an all-or-nothing deal.
You either hit your swing or fell short. For a golf game that
requires you not just to hit the driving distance of every club
but also every range in between, this handicaps the player into
focusing on extremes rather than developing a strategy. I mean,
would you play a football game where you could only throw Hail
Marys?
Wii Motion Plus finally brings that delicate touch to Tiger
Woods PGA Tour 10. Pull back on your mote and your virtual
self takes the cue. Instead of focusing on just getting the ball
there, players look at placing the ball for that next golden
shot. For more experienced players, you can take the training
wheels off (the All-Play mode from last year) and
really try to get into the swing of things. Besides judging the
course and knowing your clubs, you’ll need to hit that swing
dead on. A simple twist of the wrist will send the ball into the
rough. That amount of realism can be a bit too much when you do
don’t have the weight of the club behind every shot. Even for
the weekend golfer, there’s a learning curve behind every swing.
This isn’t real golf and it will never be real golf. You are
still some guy standing in his house swinging away with a piece
of plastic at a TV. But just as Rock Band doesn’t
really teach you to play the guitar, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10
focuses more on replicating the experience than getting a club
in your hand. Courses, players, the atmosphere, and even the
strategy behind the Scottish sport are all presented in this
package. The success of the game is measured in sinking that
twenty foot putt and feeling as though you’ve accomplished
something great.
On the Fairway
More
than just a swing sim, Tiger Woods 10 brings everything
from last year with a few extras to really put you there on the
green. Graphics haven’t changed all that much from the previous
installment, but that doesn’t mean you should skip over the lush
green fairways or the often blue horizon. The player’s
animations are remarkably crisp for a Wii title. Don’t expect
photorealistic Tiger Woods here. If there was a putt that came
up short, it would be the fans around the course. All four of
five polygons will be cheering you on as you tee off. As long as
you keep your eye on the ball, you won’t notice a thing.
You’ll notice some new faces and new places this time around.
Added to the rooster of courses, Tiger Woods 10 adds in
seven new courses from the pristine Bethpage Black, home of this
year’s U.S. Open, to the legendary Pinehurst. The Wii Weather
Channel will even adjust the forecast to match the fairway
because sometimes even the pros have to play in the rain. Scott
Van Pelt and Kelly Tilghman give their color commentary and this
time you might even want to listen. Every hole is presented with
an overview of tips and tactics for those unfamiliar with the
green. The game’s display can even be customized on the fly to
give you as much or as little information as you need as you
practice your swing. And if all else fails, you can simply save
at any point of a tournament for when real life needs you to tee
up.
The career mode is back, allowing you to design your own virtual
self and take him through the pains of becoming a pro. With
every tournament, you can win some money for better equipment or
score points for your character to improve any number of traits
from power to plain old luck. It’s this single player experience
that will have you coming back for more as you work your way
through the tournament circuits and compete for sponsorship that
unlocks more clothes and clubs. And if your thirst for blood
cannot be quenched with the AI, you could always take on some
real golfers.
Forming the group
This
year, EA is taking the game online with some new twists. Along
with last year’s online options, you can compete in weekly and
monthly tournaments for some of that fake cash to buy that fake
shirt that you always wanted. When a tournament’s playing
somewhere around the world, you can shine up your virtual clubs
to take them online. Tiger Woods 10 broadcasts the
scores and will even put you right in the action as you take on
the greats in your little virtual world. Sure, it’s not going to
impress the caddies at the clubhouse, but it’s another way EA
tries to blur the line between reality and fantasy.
Disk golf makes an appearance, but it’s hard to understand why.
It’s a lot like putting a grass cutting simulator into a
football game. If anything, the disk golf games do a better job
demonstrating the power of Wii Motion Plus. You can see the
one-to-one movements right on screen. You play on the same
courses that you’ll golf on – no college campus nor bikers to
avoid. Along the same lines, some of the mini-games also feel
out of place. While we all enjoyed driving around in golf carts,
some of the longer games (at times taking up to five or ten
minutes) clearly stretch the use of the word “mini.” None of
this takes away from the solid golf presentation but is
disappointing when we try to get others involved.
Tee up!
While Tiger may falter on extras, this golf game
finally takes that step promised by so many EA marketing
meetings – the experience of golf without the green fees. Tiger
Woods PGA Tour 10 may not be actual golf, but it has enough of
the presentation, color commentary, familiar surroundings, and
strategy behind this often misunderstood game to warm the hearts
of the most cynical of golfers. Beginners may, for the first
time, actually want to take a swing at the real sport having
only a taste for the basics. It may not be for everyone, but
Tiger Woods 10 will have you itching to throw on a green
jacket and some plaid pants after a couple of swings.
The Marvel Comics superhero
returns for the five-part series "Captain
America Reborn," beginning July 1.
But Marvel won't disclose how he
rises from the dead.
Executive Editor Tom Brevoort teases that the character has been
"on a Vonnegut-esque metaphysical journey," including some
soul-searching about his place in the world.
"He hasn't just been lying in a
cold grave for these many months," Brevoort says. "While he seems to
be dead, his mind and his spirit" are active elsewhere.
Captain America, the superhero
alter ego of
Steve Rogers, was apparently shot and killed two years ago on
the steps of a courthouse in lower
Manhattan. He was buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
Rogers' sidekick
Bucky Barnes took his place, continuing the series. Brevoort
says Barnes will embark on a quest to revive Rogers after tracking
down what really happened to him.
"There's definitely a question
that must arise, which is `Can there be more than one Captain
America?'" says Brevoort. "And if not, even if there can't, what
does this mean for Bucky? Where does he fit in the world now?"
According to Brevoort, some Bucky
fans are none too pleased.
"Right this second, it's kind of
a split," he says. "When Steve was first killed, there was great
outcry. But then as Bucky has taken over as Cap, and has sort of
struggled to fill those big shoes, a lot of our readers have really
taken to him as a character."
He says Marvel planned to bring
back Rogers in one shape or form and, given the general mood of the
country, the timing seemed right to resurrect one of the comic book
empire's most patriotic icons.
"It feels like there's a desire
for hopefulness," he says. "A desire for heroes and for somebody to
show us that we can be our better selves, and to help pull us all up
by our bootstraps and get out of the situations that we find
ourselves in.

Having
trouble finding your niche or what to do for the rest of your
life? Why not take a road trip across the 50 states in search
for your dream job. That’s what
Daniel Seddiqui is doing. His mission: Working 50 jobs, in
50 states, in 50 weeks.
Seddiqui started his
journey in August 2008. And so far, he’s been to 38 states in
his long expedition to find a job and to prove there are jobs
available in the
U.S.
Monday, Seddiqui will be in
Wilmington, Del., working at a law firm company. Next week
he will be in
Lancaster, Pa., working as furniture builder in Amish
country.
Seddiqui graduated with an
economics degree from
University of Southern California in 2005, and like most
college graduates didn’t have any luck finding a job.
After applying to thousands
of jobs and failing more than 40 interviews, he decided to
take control of his destiny in search of finding the perfect
job.
When he was a kid, Seddiqui
only imagined what it would be like to live in all 50 states
and he finally decided to make his dream a reality by “living
the map,” he told the
Christian Post.
The 26-year-old will travel
cross-country and work 50 different jobs in 50 states for one
week.
“Basically, all the
failures I’ve had in life have led me up to this project to
work 50 jobs in 50 states in 50 weeks,” he told
Kolnkgin of Nebraska.
Seddiqui who grew up in
Los Altos, Calif., sought this opportunity to explore the
U.S., learn different cultures and to have a deep
understanding of what people do, he told the Christian Post.
“My goal is to help
Americans understand each other’s lives, respect each other’s
hard work and stimulate people’s curiosity about different
lifestyles,” he said on his Web site
living the map.
To list just a few jobs he
has done, his been a wedding planner in Vegas, a model in
North Carolina, a meat packer in Kansas, a stockbroker in New
York, and a Rodeo Announcer in North Dakota.
Seddiqui’s ultimate goal
is to write a book when he finishes his journey and talk about
his many experiences.
"Now [that] I went out and
did this. I feel like I can do anything," he told
New York Daily News.
Ever since Seddiqui
started this voyage, he has made many television appearances
such as the Today Show and CNN

Harold Ramis: 'Ghostbusters 3' Will
Be A Passing Of The Baton To New Generation
Harold
Ramis, along with "Year One" screenwriters
Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky, who also write for NBC's "The
Office," are hard at work on the first draft of the screenplay for
"Ghostbusters 3."
But the actor/director/writer
told Access Hollywood the movie – which is slated to
introduce a whole new generation of Ghostbusters – will only be made
if the script is good.
"There's a story that I wrote
with my co-writer's on this film, Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky.
The studio has commissioned the screenplay," Harold recently told
Access while promoting his new comedy "Year One." "All the
principals (himself, Sigourney Weaver,
Bill Murray, Harold Ramis and Ernie Hudson) have said they're
in, if we get a good screenplay."
Though a script is in the works,
a movie in the theaters is not a sure thing. Harold wants the third
movie to live up to its predecessors.
"But, we're all reserving
judgment," he continued. "There's no reason to do it if it's not
good."
And though Dan Aykroyd recently
said that he hopes stars such as
Alyssa Milano and
Eliza Dushku sign on to join the ghost-fighting team's
second-generation squad, Harold said casting is a long way off.
"We want to introduce new
Ghostbusters," he explained. "I think [Dan] was just throwing out
examples of the kind of people who could be in the film."
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text.

Toupees. The combover. Now, a head tattoo? If a
UK company has its way, men suffering from hair loss will turn to
needles and ink to mask their baldness.
Birmingham,
England-based
HiStyl uses what it describes as "a mild form of medical
tattooing" to simulate the look of shaved or closely cropped hair.
The company announced via its
blog that representatives will travel to
San Francisco and
Florida this summer to market the technique.
The procedure, which HiStyl calls
"hair follicle replication," takes three hours to complete and
requires an additional follow-up session. Clients shave or cut their
hair in order to blend the tattoos with their natural follicles.
The company says that the
earliest American procedures will take place between July 20 and
August 5.

Israeli woman got new bed for mom, didn't know savings was in the
old one
An Israeli woman mistakenly threw
out a mattress with $1 million inside, setting off a frantic search
through tons of garbage at a number of landfill sites, Israeli media
reported Wednesday.
The woman told Army Radio that
she bought her elderly mother a new mattress as a surprise on Monday
and threw out the old one, only to discover that her mother had
hidden her life savings inside. She was identified only as Anat, a
resident of
Tel Aviv.
When she went to look for the
mattress it had already been taken by garbage men, she said.
Subsequent searches at three different landfill sites turned up
nothing.
The Israeli daily
Yediot Ahronot published a picture of the woman searching
through garbage at a dump in southern
Israel.
The Israeli daily
Yediot Ahronot published a picture of the woman searching
through garbage at a dump in southern
Israel.
Yitzhak Borba, the dump manager, told the radio station that his
staff was helping the woman, saying she appeared "totally
desperate." He said the mattress was hard to find among the 2,500
tons of garbage arriving at the site every day.
He said he increased security at
the site to keep would-be treasure hunters at bay.
For her part, Anat said it could
be worse. "People have to take everything in proportion and thank
God for the good and the bad," she said.
